Return Process

  Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return request.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the tea in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and include a note with your RMA number inside the box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
